The body carries its own intelligence— feelings, stories, and impulses that want room for expression. In my work, I invite people to listen inward, guided by the understanding that “the psyche speaks through story, and story heals.”

When I encountered the words of Gabrielle Roth, creator of 5Rhythms®— “Put your body in motion, and the psyche will heal itself”— I felt a connection. Here was another way to make space for the stories we carry. I knew I wanted to invite David to share this practice at La Lune.
