Companioning
Companioned is for people who are in something
-a transition, a reckoning, a return-
and don’t want to move through it alone.
Some transitions cannot be navigated alone.
Some shifts in life, identity, or inner landscape
require steady presence-
a companion who witnesses, reflects,
and holds the space for what emerges.
Companioned is for people who are ready to travel inward and across a threshold with support, clarity, and continuity. Over three months, we meet 7 times in 1:1 sessions, with a gentle rhythm that allows for integration between sessions. Between sessions, optional written reflection prompts help you orient, track, and embody the work before we meet again.
This container is not therapy or problem-solving.
It is companioned presence for those in transition-
a safe, held space to move, reflect, and integrate.
Structure:
-
7 sessions over 3 months
-
Biweekly rhythm (flexible to your schedule)
-
Guided written reflection prompts before each session
