Through gentle hypnosis, inner journeys, and attuned presence, we create space for your system to settle, your inner wisdom to emerge, and your next steps to feel more truthful and grounded.

This container is not therapy or problem-solving.

It is companioned presence for those at a threshold-

a safe, held space to move, reflect, and integrate.

Because this work is relational and deeply attentive, I welcome only a small number of Companioned clients at a time.

Structure:

  • 7 sessions over 3 months

  • Biweekly rhythm (flexible to your schedule)

  • Guided written reflection prompts before sessions

  • Relational continuity between sessions

*A one-hour Companioned session is available for those desiring focused support without entering the

three-month journey.
