A Story Before This One: A Group Past Life Regression Experience

This live, guided group experience invites you to explore a story that may feel older than this lifetime.

In this 75 minute offering, you’ll be gently guided into a relaxed, receptive state where you are invited to encounter a sense of identity, time, or place beyond the present moment. Some participants experience vivid imagery. Others receive impressions, emotions, or simple knowing. All forms of experience are welcome.

This is a contained, trauma-conscious exploration. We will not be reliving entire lifetimes or excavating painful events. Instead, we’ll focus on identity and essence— who you are in another time or place, and what that story may offer your life now.

You are always in choice. You do not need prior experience with hypnosis or regression.

We’ll close with gentle reorientation and the option to share reflections with the group.
