Inner Child Journey at Historic Yoga

In this inner child group journey, we will create a gentle space to reunite with the past self and listen to what is asking for your attention in the present- the feelings that didn’t get words, the needs that learned to stay quiet, the innocence that learned how to adapt, the joys that wish to be remembered.

This is about connecting and remembering.
